We believe in data minimization and privacy by default. We do not sell personal data, we do not run commercial surveillance ad networks, and we do not track you across other websites. This policy outlines precisely what data is collected, why it is needed, and how it is protected.

2. Information We Collect

Direct Communications: When you send a message through our contact form or email us directly, we collect your name, email address, subject line, and the message content so that we can reply to your inquiry.

Job Applications: If you submit an application through our Careers page, we retain your CV, contact details, and self-reported portfolio links solely to evaluate candidates.

Anonymous Confessions: If you use the anonymous confessions feature, submissions are stored without associating them with personal identifying accounts unless you choose to provide a public name.

Infrastructure Logs: Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, temporarily processes standard HTTP request metadata (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security telemetry, DDoS defense, and rate-limiting.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We use minimal client-side storage:

  • Theme Preference: A lightweight preference stored in your browser to remember whether you selected Light or Dark mode.
  • No Ad Trackers: No marketing cookies, Google AdSense, or third-party behavioral trackers are loaded on this website.

4. Bot Protection & Cloudflare Turnstile

To prevent automated spam abuse on our contact and application forms without subjecting users to invasive CAPTCHAs, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile evaluates browser signals locally to confirm human interaction without collecting personal biometric data or sharing cross-site browsing history.

5. Data Retention & Security

We take operational security seriously:

  • All network transmission is encrypted using TLS 1.3.
  • Database records are stored in secure, edge-managed Cloudflare D1 databases with strict access control and role isolation.
  • We retain communication inquiries only as long as necessary to fulfill professional dialogue, research, or business partnerships.

6. Your Rights

Regardless of your geography, you have the right to request a copy of any personal communication data we hold regarding you, or to request its immediate deletion. Simply email hi@prabe.sh with your request.
