About me.
I grew up in Gulmi, studied Computer Engineering in Baku on a government scholarship, and returned to Nepal to build Prabesh Technologies.

The story.
I learned to build by working on problems I had myself, often before I knew enough to solve them.
A candle, a battery, a broken toy train
My toy train stopped working, so I held its old battery over a candle flame. The battery briefly worked again. It was a rough experiment, but it made me curious about what was happening inside the things around me.
Learning Python to find a visa appointment
US visa appointments in Nepal were difficult to find, so I learned Python and built a bot that watched for open slots. The embassy later changed the system. The experience showed me that I could learn what a problem required while working on it.
Engineering degree completed, building in Nepal
I later completed a Computer Engineering degree at Baku Engineering University on a government scholarship. I now live in Nepal and run Prabesh Technologies, where I work on web systems, AI, cloud infrastructure, and security.
What I work on.
Full-Stack Development
I build backends with Python and TypeScript, interfaces with React and Next.js, and deploy them on Cloudflare Workers and AWS.
Cybersecurity & Systems Automation
My security work includes vulnerability assessment, secure code review, automated checks, and protocol parsing with ASN.1 and Pycrate.
Applied AI & Human Interfaces
I build RAG systems, local model workflows, and focused automation where AI has a clear job and a person can review the result.
Cloud & DevSecOps Infrastructure
I work across Cloudflare, AWS, and GCP, with attention to access control, deployment, and how the system will be maintained.
Technical Research & Writing
I published Algorithmic Bargaining in 2025 and write technical documentation and analysis about markets, governance, and public infrastructure.
Interface Architecture & Usability
I design interfaces in code and Figma, then test them for small screens, load time, accessibility, and readability.
Currently exploring.
- 01
Digital public goods and civic infrastructure for Nepal
- 02
Autonomous developer tooling and code synthesis verification
- 03
Edge architectures with Cloudflare Workers, Durable Objects, and D1
- 04
Cryptographic protocol analysis and safer defaults
Philosophy.
Solve the actual problem
I want to understand how the work is done now, where it fails, and who has to live with the result. The technology comes after that.
Leave it maintainable
A system should still make sense after the launch. I prefer straightforward architecture, useful documentation, and interfaces that do not make people work harder than necessary.
Beyond the screen.
